How it all started...
On December 5, 1995, with favor from the Lord, Bishop Hunter held the first service for the Friendship Church Outreach Ministry, Inc., at the First United Methodist Church with 150 people. Since then the church continues to grow by leaps and bounds.
The ministry has grown to approximately 500 adult members not including teens and children and is still growing. Pastor Hunter is fully committed to the things of God. She is a praise and worshipper and will lift up the name of Jesus anywhere and everywhere she goes. She loves the assignment the Lord has called her to do, and that is “reaching and preaching” for Jesus, with the reward of souls being won to the Kingdom of God.
